I have ALWAYS had empathy for people, for as long as I can remember.
I wrote stories and journaled to heal from things that had an impact on my own life.
You see, I used to always have friends, loved ones, and even strangers telling me their life stories and asking me for advice on relationships, their life’s purpose, and even friendships. This occurred many times in high school, college, and beyond. I also realized that I love to hear people’s stories and experiences.
Before that, I grew up with an autistic sibling. Having to adapt to change and grow up quicker than normal, I always labeled myself as an “old soul”. I had this wisdom that I didn’t know where it came from. My brother is presently one of my best friends and my inspiration for my business.

I am forever grateful that God placed this beautiful soul into my life. If you know my brother, you know he is a literal ray of sunshine, always happy, smiling, and one of the funniest people I know. Through helping him with life skills and being one of his caretakers over the years, I realized I was good at assisting others. I became an entrepreneur at 13 years old, by working as a babysitter and childcare provider for several people. I did this for 12 years and I loved it!
I considered many different career paths—just ask my friends! For a long time, I entertained the idea of becoming a makeup artist or a therapist. I decided against the therapist route, as I didn’t want to go through more schooling.

Writing has also been a huge part of my life. As a child, I started writing fictional stories, journaling, and even little novels. At age 21, I wrote my first book. The world will never see it, as I am horrified by it! I attended a local university where I majored in English with a Concentration in Writing. I met and became friendly with a small group of English majors and we created our community on campus. We all bonded and took two particularly interesting classes, "Creative Non-Fiction” and “Writing and Healing”. I met and befriended a wonderful professor, who is still one of my colleagues to this day. It was clear that writing is one of my many purposes as I still journal and write stories even now.
In 2019, I was your typical burnt-out millennial. Working 9-5, barely having time for anything, always rushing, living in anxiety and fear, and having my head in the clouds. I always wanted more. For years, I had contemplated going back to school for another degree. My soul yearned for more schooling in some way; I have a natural thirst for knowledge. Finally, my brain snapped out of autopilot. I realized, “I can’t do this anymore.” Over time, I became more committed to spirituality and learning about creating a relationship with God. I began to read countless books about spirituality.

A trusted friend suggested that I pick up journaling again. It had been YEARS since I wrote anything. As I connected more within myself, picked up the pen, and wrote, my intuition had begun to awaken. One day while working, I heard a voice quietly say, “You should be a life coach.”
And finally, it made sense! This is what I was meant to do all along. Everything I had experienced in my life happened for a reason. I answered the calling of my soul. After Googling coach training programs, I found one that aligned with me. The energy and community of women felt sacred and beautiful to me. A few years after Googling that coach training school, I enrolled as a student with them, learning about the art and business of coaching. I graduated from their 6-month Level 1 certification program in 2022, and their Level 2 program in 2023.
Since 2020, I’ve had the honor to work with several 1:1 clients in my coaching practice. My business has had many evolutions and new beginnings. I've assisted clients with career transitions, business building, working on romantic relationships, connection to spirituality, and more. And now...I've returned to dating and relationship coaching full-time. It has made sense all along, and this is where I intend to stay.

Seeing my clients experience transformations, breakthroughs, and achieve their goals makes my job as a coach truly a dream come true. I love the creativity, solutions, ideas, new habits, and goal-setting that come through in these sessions. Of course, I encourage all of my clients to keep a journal so they have a record of their healing throughout the coaching process, just as I have personally done for myself.
